Kelvin L. Anderson joined OptumHealth Bank as president in January 2008.

His experience encompasses more than 20 years in bank operations, including finance and regulatory compliance, as well as credit card payment operations. He was previously chief operating officer and chief financial officer of both Escrow Bank USA and Capmark Bank, building and sustaining operations at both banks during periods of rapid growth.

He is a graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
